- On-job master courses (blended learning)
- New qualification profiles for skilled workers in microtechnology
- Get young people involved in high technology projects
- Creates a cluster wide platform for blended-learning offers
The growing demand for experts in the cluster of excellence MicroTEC Southwest and the present lack of experts are adressed by four projects in the MicroTEC Academy. These projects aim to improve the visibility of the cluster for international experts in the field of microtechnology and to bring young international „High Potentials“ in contact to enterprises within the cluster (projekt IQMicroTEC).
Additionally, advanced training modules are developed both, for academia as well as for skilled workers (projekt IQMicroTEC and microLearning). Young people (still in school) will get into touch with real hightech projects out of the cluster. Additionally, a common platform for longlife blended-learning is developed.
