PRONTO KonKaMis - Solutions

The project aims for the production of all necessary components in a mass micro technological process, such as hot embossing, MID technology and CMOS technology. These micro technical processes combine low material costs with high purchasing costs. By collectively developing several similar components, e. g. of various optics and their collective production on the PRONTO platform even low-count manufacture can be conducted at low costs. Thus, the market can be penetrated through cost-efficient prices. The cameras have a resolution of about 200 x 200 to 1000 x 1000 Pixels. The fact that all cameras have a collective interface for the serial transmission of non-comprised digital image data supports various fields of application necessary for the production technology, such as HDR, synchronous shutters, partial image readout, sub-sampling or alignment of the optical axis.
